Titanic Experience Cobh

Located in the original White Star Line ticket office since April 2012, Titanic Experience tells the story of the 123 passengers who boarded the Titanic from Cobh in 1912. Timed tours are run at regular intervals throughout the day. These are delivered by our trained tour guides, with the accompaniment of a virtual guide. After the guided portion of the tour, visitors get the chance to explore our self-guided exhibition room which provides an in-depth look at facts surrounding the sinking as well as testimonials and anecdotes from surviving passengers.

Upon entry, every visitor is given the boarding card of a real passenger who boarded the Titanic in Cobh. At the end of their experience, in the exhibition area, they have the chance to search for their passenger, learn more about them and find out whether they survived the sinking.

We cater to large groups, FIT’s and pre-booked corporate evenings. The audio-visual and self-guided portions of the tour are available in a variety of languages. The introduction of audio-guide headsets in early 2019 will make the tour even more accessible to international visitors.
